Ambiguity and contradiction as a leadership task. Not resolving, but navigating.

05 Providing Orientation

Communicating direction when the strategy is not yet set. Narrative leadership under uncertainty.

06 Self-Leadership

Recognizing your own patterns. Developing resilience and reflective capacity under pressure.

07 Role Clarity

Redefining leadership: Enabler instead of controller. Clarifying your role in change.

08 Personal Leadership Model

Transfer workshop: Develop and anchor your own leadership model for the transformation context.
